ALL ABOUT THE OPAL YARN

The Opal yarn is produced in Germany at the TUTTO Factory.
Not all of the Opal collections are made available to the United States or to all other countries.
Many of the newer collections pictured on the Tutto website are made up of older yarns left over in their warehouse. These yarns are very limited in quantity, so there is not enough to send to the United States. That is why some collections may not be available in our yarn shops here in the States. This is done at the discretion of the Opal supplier, and we here at PT Yarn have no control over this.

** ALL ABOUT PURCHASING OPAL FROM PT YARN **

PT Yarn is the sole distributor of the Opal yarn in the United States.
We sell the Opal yarn wholesale only.
Our customers place their orders directly to PT Yarn either by email, phone or FAX.
Our customers can order any Opal yarn of their choice from the selection available on our web site.
Our customers can order any Opal color of their choice from the selection available on our web site.
Our customers can order any Opal from us that their customers may want from the selection available on our web site.
Our customers are NEVER sent any yarn without it being ordered from them.
Once a customer is carrying the Opal yarn, they may order as few as one skein.
Every yarn shown on the PT Yarn website is available for purchasing. We keep the site current and mark yarns SOLD OUT as they become unavailable to our wholesale customers. SOLD OUT does not mean it is sold out with our customers, only in our warehouse.
PT Yarn always sends out yarn updates to all of our customers informing them when a new yarn is available.
