If yes, then we'd like to invite you to design a pattern for the Newsletter. It can be any item; socks, hat, bag, scarf, sweater, you name it. The only requirement is... it Must be made with OPAL Yarn in it's entirety. You may use another yarn as an applique or trim. But the overall item has to be knit in OPAL.

We here at PT Yarn are very excited about this event,
and we hope you folks will be too. We're going to
help Wolfgang (Opal yarn manufacturer) achieve a goal
to create the longest laundry line of baby socks in

I have 2 Pomeranians, Munchkin and Kizzy who just so happen
to love yarn balls, skeins and hanks. They love to grab my
yarn and run through all 5 rooms of my house leaving yarn
trails everywhere. My husband thinks it's funny watching
me rewind the yarn while mumbling to myself. I can't tell
you how many times I've had to do this while my 2 girls just
sit there smiling at me with their little tongues hanging out
happy as can be.
To keep my sanity, I just tell myself that
this is giving me a chance to check for knots. SIGH!
Needless to say, I
haven't got it to DGD yet. My cat (Sunshine) loves any kind
of yarn! I have to keep it all up and sealed. That doesn't
always work, either.
